Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the Loyalty Program (the “Program”) offered through the Big Apple Bagels and My Favorite Muffin mobile applications (“Apps”). By creating an account and participating in the Program, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Definitions
- Program – The loyalty scheme operated through the BAB and MFM mobile applications.
- Stamp Card – A digital tracker that records qualifying purchases towards a reward.
- Voucher – A reward issued upon completion of a stamp card or through promotional activity.
- User Account – A registered profile for accessing Program features.
- Wallet – The section of the App where vouchers are stored for redemption.
2. Eligibility
2.1 General Eligibility
Anyone may join by downloading the Big Apple Bagels or My Favorite Muffin App from the Apple iOS App Store or Google Play Store and registering an account. A separate account is required for each App.
3. Membership Rules & Usage
3.1 Personal Use
The Program is for individual, non-commercial use only. Accounts and any associated rewards are non-transferable.
3.2 Account Closure
Users may close their account at any time via the Profile section of the App. All unused stamps and vouchers will be forfeited upon closure.
3.3 Inactive Accounts
Accounts showing no activity for 12 months may be deactivated without prior notice. Any associated stamps or vouchers will be lost at the time of deactivation.
3.4 Program Conduct
Participants must use the Program as intended. Any abuse, manipulation, or conduct deemed to compromise the integrity or fairness of the Program may result in removal from the Program and forfeiture of rewards.
3.5 Monitoring
The Program may monitor usage to ensure compliance with these Terms. Participation implies acceptance of such oversight.
4. Stamp Cards and Vouchers
4.1 Earning Stamps
Users earn stamps by purchasing qualifying products and scanning QR codes via the App at the point of sale. Each stamp card corresponds to a specific product category or promotion.
4.2 Stamp Card Visibility
Stamp cards available to a user will be displayed within the App, along with visible progress toward each reward.
4.3 Stamp Completion and Voucher Issuance
Completing a stamp card results in a voucher being added to the user's Wallet. That stamp card then resets and may be used again. Vouchers are valid for 365 days from the date of issuance.
4.4 Voucher Redemption
To redeem a voucher, the user must select it in the App and present the active redemption screen at the time of transaction. The screen includes a countdown and is valid for a limited time. Once redeemed or expired, vouchers are removed from the Wallet.
4.5 Redemption Limits
Vouchers cannot be combined with other offers, exchanged for cash, or used beyond their expiry date.
4.6 Reward Substitution
The Program reserves the right to substitute rewards of equivalent value where necessary.
4.7 Tax Responsibility
Participants are responsible for any applicable tax obligations related to Program rewards.
5. Promotions
5.1 Sign-Up Reward
New users will receive a welcome voucher in their Wallet upon creating an account.
5.2 Birthday Reward
Users who add their date of birth to their profile will receive a birthday reward in the form of a voucher, subject to availability.
6. Program Changes & Termination
6.1 Modifications
The Program may be updated, suspended, or terminated at any time without prior notice. Where possible, notice of significant changes will be communicated through the Apps.
6.2 Force Majeure
The Program is not liable for interruptions or changes resulting from circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to system outages, natural events, or supplier issues.
7. Liability & Availability
7.1 As-Is Provision
The Program is provided on an “as-is” basis without guarantees. No assurance is given regarding the availability or continuity of specific rewards or promotions.
8. Customer Support & Disputes
8.1 Support
Support is available through the App for any questions or concerns regarding Program participation or account management.
8.2 Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Participants agree to pursue informal resolution before taking formal action.
9. Data and Privacy
By participating, users consent to the collection and processing of their data as outlined in the applicable Privacy Policy. Personal data collected may include name, email, ZIP code, and optionally, date of birth and preferred store.
BAB Systems Rewards Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Big Apple Bagels Rewards and My Favorite Muffin Rewards programs (collectively referred to as “BAB Systems Rewards”), operated by BAB Systems, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). It explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your personal information.

These processors provide technology services that support account management, authentication, and operation of the loyalty programs.
2. Information We Collect
When you use BAB Systems Rewards, we may collect the following categories of personal information:
2.1 Personal Information
- Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number, and mailing address
- Account Information: Account identifiers for each program, loyalty program details, and stamp history
- Profile Information: Date of birth, preferences, and other optional profile data you choose to provide
2.2 Reward and Redemption Information
When you scan a QR code to earn a stamp, the system processes the stamp award. If you redeem a voucher, we may collect the store location where the redemption occurs.
2.3 Technical and Device Information
IP address, device identifiers, operating system, and usage activity within the apps.
2.4 Other User-Generated Content
Any information you provide voluntarily within the apps, such as feedback or profile customizations.
3. Purpose for Processing
- To operate and manage your participation in the loyalty programs, including awarding stamps and redeeming rewards
- To enable secure authentication and account access
- To maintain program functionality and provide customer support
- To analyze aggregated data for service improvements
- To send app-based push notifications regarding rewards, offers, or account activity (notifications can be enabled or disabled in-app at any time)
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, security, or technical issues
4. Legal Basis for Processing
Where required by applicable law, we process your information based on:
- Necessity to perform a contract (provision of the loyalty program)
- Our legitimate interest in operating and improving the programs
- Your consent, where applicable, for optional communications or features
5. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:
5.1 Service Providers and Processors
With Perks Loyalty Ltd and Auth0 (Okta Inc.) for technology, authentication, and loyalty program operations.
5.2 Legal Compliance
If required by law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request.
5.3 Business Transactions
If BAB Systems, Inc. is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.
6. Data Storage and Transfers
All personal information is stored in the United States. We do not transfer personal information outside the United States.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal information until you delete your account or request deletion. Once deleted, your account information and related data will be permanently removed from our active systems, subject to legal retention requirements.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccuracies in your information
- Request deletion of your account and associated personal information
- Restrict or object to certain types of processing
- Receive your data in a portable format

9. Account Deletion
You can delete your account at any time:
- In-App: Go to the Profile tab and select “Delete Account”.
- By Email: Send a deletion request to info@babcorp.com.
Account deletion is permanent and results in the loss of all stamps and unredeemed rewards.
10. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
11. Updates to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in practices, technology, or legal requirements. Updated versions will be posted in the apps with the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the programs after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
